Huron University College Students’ Council (HUCSC)

The Huron University College Students' Council (HUCSC) is a democratic, not-for-profit organization designed, managed, and run by students in order to serve students. Over the course of its 70 years, the HUCSC has sought to amplify the collective voice of students, serve as a community-building organization, and create opportunities for students to cultivate leadership skills. The HUCSC places students at the forefront of decision-making at Huron and puts the passions of the student body into practice. As a body that values representation, pluralism, and transparency, your Students’ Council is here to advocate for your needs to every level of university administration as well as municipal and provincial governments. We recognize the incredible capacities of Huron students and want to be a resource for you as you re-envision what it means to be an ethical leader!
