Huron Reporting Tools (Violence, Discrimination, GBSV)

Please use this form only if you have experienced an incident of sexual violence, harassment, racism or discrimination and you wish to report it to Huron. A report initiates a formal process under Huron's Policies on Gender Based Sexual Violence and Harassment, Sexual Harassment, Racism and Discrimination Prevention, or Non-Academic Student Code of Conduct. If you are unsure what policy might be applicable to your situation, please fill out the below information and it will be sent to the appropriate person,

If you do not wish to initiate a formal process or you haven’t decided, if you are a student, you may contact the Dean of Students or if you are a staff/faculty member, you may contact the AVP of Human Resources to learn more about your options, including how to access supports, services or accommodations.

Once you submit this form it will be received and reviewed within 72 hours. You will be contacted by the appropriate offcie regarding the information provided and confirmation of next steps.
