Rishad is a 4th year student pursuing an Honours Specialization in Marketing and Sustainability with a minor in Entrepreneurship. He began his student council journey as a Social Events Commissioner, where he brought energy and creativity to on-campus programming. His passion for student life and strategic planning led him to run for Vice President of Student Events. Rishad has also worked on large-scale events like Travis Scott, Coldplay and Lollapalooza India, bringing that experience into creating meaningful, engaging experiences for the Huron community.

The Vice President Student Events portfolio is responsible for planning and executing events that shape the student experience ranging from the Huron Ball to academic mixers, social events and Relay for Life.
